I knit and crochet I love to make things and donate them.I have never worked with Abbey yarn I would love to!
If I can’t watch Downton Abbey, I can knit Downton Abbey!
Oh two of my favourite things, Downton Abbey and wool, what could be better….. maybe add a little bit of chocolate as well :-)
I enjoyed reading the post about washing yarns and how to let someone know how to care for items. I usually just give items made of acrylics because of this (except my sister who knows how to deal with alpaca), but maybe I can use this information to change that.
Absolutely Barabara, this is valuable information indeed. So glad it was useful to you!
I recently found KNITmuch when searching for a cabled cowl pattern and found exactly what I wanted on your Creative Cable Cowl post. The Downton Abbey yarns look wonderful. Thanks for a chance to enter.
So happy to hear you’re finding the info useful! Happy knitting everyone!
