Yesterday we looked at the benefits of knitting with Bamboo Pop Sock, including its fiber content, amazing yardage, elasticity, colorways and more. Today I want to share some amazing patterns that show off this yarn at its best.
This playtime dress is a fun knit…fun for the knitter and fun for the wearer. The Wildflowers colorway is perfect for this garment.
Children’s wear is one of the better non-sock uses for knitting with Bamboo Pop Sock yarn. Because this yarn is elastic and machine washable, it will fit the child through various stages and be easy for dad or mom to keep clean. This Playtime Dress pattern comes with instructions for infant, toddler, up to 6-year old size.
Using two different yet coordinating colorways of Bamboo Pop Sock yarn makes the raglan shoulders truly stand out.
The Easy Stripe Sweater is a unisex sweater pattern in sizes newborn to pre-schooler. This pattern uses 2 or 3 balls (1 or 2 of the body colorway, and 1 for the sleeves) and with a straightforward stockinette texture to show of the stripes and basic raglan shaping. It’s a quick knit to give to your young friend.
